The rice is too soft with commercial rice cooker
- Verify the rice and water ratio—too much water will cause soft or mushy rice.
- Check for food debris between the inner pan and heating plate.
- Make sure the inner pan is clean and free of leftover residue. refer to how to clean Rice Cooker pan.
