Why is there unusual noise during cooking with commercial rice cooker

unusual noise may occur if there is too much water between the inner pan and heating plate.

1. Remove the inner pan and check for water on the heating plate surface.
2. Wipe the heating plate dry with a soft cloth.
3. Check the bottom of the inner pan and dry it completely.
4. Reinsert the pan and restart cooking.
