How to use Convection Broil for NN-CV87QS and NN-CV88QS

Broil is great for cooking lean cuts of meat or fish fillets, melting cheese, or even toasting bread.
It uses heating elements on the top of the multi oven to cook food, similar to an upside-down grill.
With two power levels and no preheating needed, you can broil food in just minutes.
To select broil mode, press the Air Fry / Broil / Combo button:
- Four times for High Broil
- Five times for Low Broil
Turn the dial to set your desired cooking time.
