A Quality Improvement Notice - NN-SU158S
NEWARK, February 9th, 2026 – Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company (Panasonic), as part of its continuing commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction, is notifying customers of a potential quality issue with certain over-the-range microwave ovens (Microwave) that, in rare circumstances, may affect the long-term quality of the product.
Panasonic has identified that in some extreme cooking environments, it is possible for the outer panel of the Microwave door to become loose over time, which could impact the continued operation of the microwave oven.
The affected Microwave model and serial numbers are indicated below.
If you are experiencing any Microwave door-related issues, such as looseness, sagging, or difficulty opening and/or closing the door, please contact the Panasonic call centre for support, regardless of when you purchased the Microwave. Panasonic has extended the warranty of the Microwave door on this model to 5 years from the date of purchase.
