How to check the EAH-A1000 charging terminal for dirt or debris.

  1. Disconnect the USB-C cable from the headphones.
  2. Check both ends of the USB-C cable for dirt, dust, or foreign matter.
  3. Check the headphones' charging/audio input terminal for dirt or debris.
  4. Carefully wipe away any dirt or debris from the USB-C cable and charging terminal.
  5. Reconnect the USB-C cable securely to the headphones.
  6. Try charging the headphones again.
  7. Dirt or foreign matter on the USB-C cable or charging terminal can prevent proper charging and may cause overheating or malfunction.
