EAH-A1000 will not charge when connected to a computer.

  1. Make sure the computer is turned on.
  2. Check that the computer is not in standby or sleep mode.
  3. Connect the supplied USB-C cable securely to the computer and the headphones. It is important that only the supplies USB-C cabel that was included in the original package is used in order for the headphones to charge.
  4. Try charging the headphones again.
  5. If charging still does not start, connect the USB-C cable to a different USB-C port on the computer and try again.
