EAH-A1000 is taking longer to charge and it is operating for less time.

  1. Ensure the original USB-C cable that was included with the EAH-A1000 is being used.
  2. Fully charge the EAH-A1000 headphones.
  3. Check whether the operating time has significantly decreased compared with previous use.
  4. If the operating time has decreased significantly, the built-in battery may be worn out.
  5. The built-in battery has an approximate charge-cycle life of 500 cycles.
  6. If battery performance has significantly decreased, contact the retailer for battery or service support.
