Why is the volume too low on EAH-A1000

1. Make sure the headphones are worn correctly.
2. Increase the volume on the headphones.
3. Increase the volume on the connected Bluetooth® device.

Note: The headphone volume and the smartphone or Bluetooth® device volume may be controlled separately.
