EAH-A1000 does not turn on or respond
- If the headphones do not turn on, wait at least 2 seconds before attempting to turn them on again.
- If the headphones cannot be operated, turn them off and then turn them back on.
- If the headphones remain on but are unresponsive, press and hold the Power/Bluetooth® button for at least 10 seconds.
