How to Connect an HD Digital Antenna to Your Panasonic Fire TV

To connect your Panasonic Fire TV to a VHF/UHF antenna compatible with HD digital systems, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that the televisions is turned off. Then connect a coaxial cable from your HD digital antenna to the "ANTENNA / CABLE IN" on the television.
2. Turn the television on.
3. Press the " Home " button.
4. Scroll to the televisions " Settings " icon.
5. Scroll to " Live TV ". Press the " Select " button.
6. Scroll to " Channel Scan ". Press the " Select " button.
7. The channel Scan start screen appears with a reminder to plug in your antenna. Select " Next " then press " Select " button.
8. Channel scan automatically starts and the progress is displayed o the screen.
9. When the scan is complete the "Channel Scan Complete" screen appears with the number of channels that the scan found. Scroll to Done then press the " Select " button to exit channel scan.
10. Press the " Home " button.

Note: This setup is for HD digital antenna systems only. This connection is not used for satellite or cable box setups.
