How to connect to the HC ROP app

Setup for the AG-CX10, HC-X2, HC-X20, HC-X1500, HC-X2000

1. Select [ Menu ] → [ Network ] → [ Device Sel ] → [ WLAN ]
2. Select [ WLAN Property ] → [ Type ] and choose the option [ INFRA(Select) ]
3. Select [ WLAN Property ] → Select the appropriate Wi-Fi Network [ SSID ]
4. Select [ WLAN Property ] → Enter the password for the Wi-Fi Network [ Ecryption Key ]
5. Select [ WLAN IPv4 Setting ] → [ DHCP ] → the IP Address [ Client ]
6. Select [ IP Remote ] → [ Enable ]
7. Set the [ User Account ] which is the account name and password.
8. Close [ Menu ]

Setup for the HC ROP App

1. Tap the gear icon
2. Type in the IP address which was assigned to your HC-X1500/2000 by DHCP (Step 5 above).
3. Type in the User ID and Password that you set for your HC-X1500/2000 (Step 7 above).
   • You should see an " R " at the top right of the camera's interface which is underneath the Wi-Fi signal. Now the HC ROP App can control the camcorder.
