How to erase phonebook entries.

Once an entry is erased it can not be restored.

Using the handset

Erasing a single entry

1. Find the desired entry in the phonebook.
2. Press [ MENU ]
3. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " Erase ".
4. Press [ SELECT ].
5. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " YES ".
6. Press [ SELECT ].
7. Press [ OFF ].

To erase all entries

1. Press the arrow left left ◄ to select Phonebook .
2. Press [ MENU ].
3. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " Erase All ".
4. Press [ SELECT ].
5. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " YES ".
6. Press [ SELECT ].
7. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " YES ".
8. Press [ OFF ].

Base Unit - For models with a Phonebook button on the base unit.

4. Press [ SELECT ].
5. Press [ EXIT ].

To erase all entries

1. Press the Phonebook button.
2. Press [ Erase ].
3. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " YES ".
4. Press [ SELECT ].
5. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select " YES ".
6. Press [ EXIT ].
