Troubleshooting - Poor sound quality for a phone call - Earbuds
Use the following reference chart to diagnose sound quality during a phone call.

Use the Panasonic Audio Connect App or Technics Audio Connect App to change the settings to "Connection Priority".

| Audio cuts in / out, there is poor sound quality, and there is interferences. | Confirm the distance between your earbuds and the paired device (such as smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth®Registered devices) does not exceed 33 feet (10 meters). | RZ-B110, RZ-B310, RZ-S300, RZ-S500, EAH-AZ70 |
| Confirm that there are no obstacles (such as walls, doors, etc.) between your earbuds and paired device. Such obstacles can decrease the operating distance. | ||
