How to make pasta. - SD-RD250, SD-YR2500

To Prepare:

1. Place the kneading blade into the bread pan.
2. Insert the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the recipe.
3. Set the bread pan into the main unit, and plug the breadmaker into the outlet.

To Make Pasta

1. Press button according to your model
   • Model SD-RD250: Press [ Select ] until ' pasta ' is selected.
   • Model SD-YR2500: Press [ Menu ] until ' 15 ' is selected.
2. Press [ Start ] or [ Start/Stop ] to start the machine.
   • The start light will come on.
   • Press button according to your model.
3. Press [ Stop ] or [ Start/Stop ] after the machine beeps 8 times.
   • Remove the dough.
   • Press button according to your model.
4. Wrap the dough in the plastic wrap and rest the dough.
   • Rest dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Notes:

• Timer is not available for this function.
• To cancel/stop once the machine has started, press and hold [ Start/Stop ] or [ Start ] for more than 1 second.
