How to Perform a TV Self Test for 2013 - 2019 TV Models
- Press the [ MENU ] button on the TV remote.
- Press the [▼] arrow on the TV remote until " Help " is highlighted and press [ OK ].
- Press the [▼] arrow on the TV remote until " TV Self-test " is highlighted and press [ OK ].
- Press the [ OK ] button on the TV remote if the Picture and Sound are both OK, or the [►] arrow then the [ OK ] button if either have an issue.
- If there was an issue with the Picture or Sound during the TV Self Test, follow the On Screen Instructions.
- If there was no issue with the Picture or Sound during the TV Self Test, but there is still an issue outside of the Test, follow the On Screen Instructions.
