How to select Dolby Vision Modes 1 or 2
- The Panasonic DP-UB820 and DP-UB9000 Blu-ray Disc Player offers two Dolby Vision modes to optimize video output based on your display's capabilities:
- Mode 1: Outputs Dolby Vision content with standard settings suitable for most displays.
- Mode 2: Adjusts the output for displays that require specific signal parameters for optimal Dolby Vision performance.
- Steps to Change Dolby Vision Mode:
- Access Setup Menu:
- Press the [HOME] button on your remote control.
- Navigate to "Setup" and press [OK].
- Enter Player Settings:
- Select "Player Settings" and press [OK].
- Adjust HDMI Settings:
- Choose "HDMI" and press [OK].
- Select "Dolby Vision Setting" and press [OK].
- Select Desired Mode:
- Choose between "Mode 1" or "Mode 2" based on your display's requirements.
- Press [OK] to confirm your selection.
- Exit Setup:
- Press the [HOME] button to return to the main menu.
