How to use the Economy feature. - LUMIX
To set the Economy Mode
Press [ MENU ] → [ Setup ] → [ Economy ] → Select an Economy Mode referring to the options below.
| [ Sleep Mode ] | The camera is automatically turned off if the camera has not been used for the time selected on the setting. | |

| [ Sleep Mode (Wi-Fi) ] | The camera is automatically turned off if it is not connected to a Wi-Fi network and has not been used for approximately 15 minutes. | |
| [ Auto LVF/Monitor Off ] | The monitor/viewfinder is automatically turned off if the camera has not been used for the time selected on the setting. | |
| [ Power Save LVF Shooting ] | If you display the monitor using the viewfinder/monitor automatic switching function, the camera will turn off automatically after being left idle. | |
| [ Time ] |
Sets the amount of time before the camera turns off automatically. [

| [ Display ] | Sets whether to turn off the camera automatically only while the [ Monitor Info. Disp. ] screen is displayed or while any screen is displayed. [ All Live View ]: Sets the camera to turn off automatically when any screen is displayed. | |

To cancel [ Sleep Mode ], [ Sleep Mode(Wi-Fi) ] or [ Power Save LVF Shooting ], perform either of the following operations:
- Press the [ Shutter ] button halfway
- Turn off and on the camera.
To turn the monitor or viewfinder again
- Press any button.
[ Economy ] does not work in the following cases:
- During a slide show.
- When connecting to a PC or a printer.
- When recording or playing back motion pictures.
- When recording with [ 6K/4K Pre-Burst ].
- When recording in [ Multi Exp. ].
- When using [ Time Lapse Shot ].
- When using [ Stop Motion Animation ] only when [ Auto Shooting ] is set.
- When using the HDMI output during recording.
- When using the optional AC adaptor, [ Sleep Mode ], [ Sleep Mode(Wi-Fi) ] and [ Power Save LVF Shooting ] are disabled.
- When using the optional AC adaptor, [ Auto LVF/Monitor Off ] is fixed to [ 5min. ].
