LDAC does not play
Step 1 Confirm LDAC is enable on the headphones EAH-AZ100
- Open the Technics Audio Connect App.
- Select "Setting" (top right corner).

Enable "LDAC for headphones"

- Note: By default, the "LDAC for headphones" setting is off.
- Select "OK".

- Select "Go to the Settings" for multi-point connection settings.

Select "Only 1 device" (disable multi-point).
- Note: By default, the multi-point connection is set to "2 devices".
Step 2: Confirm that LDAC is enable on the headphone settings of the Bluetooth device. (Example Galaxy S25 Ultra settings for LDAC)
- Go to the "Setting" of Galaxy S25.
- Select "Connections".

- Select "Bluetooth" – Make sure Bluetooth is enabled.

- Go to the "Settings" of EAH-AZ100.

- Enable LDAC.


Confirm if the audio is streaming LDAC with Galaxy S25 Developer options
- Go to the "Setting" of Galaxy S25.
- Select "Developer options" (located all the way at the bottom).

- Play any audio from the app.
- Example: Using TIDAL to play a high-resolution music track.<br /.
Step 2 Confirm if the audio is streaming LDAC with Galaxy S25 Developer options
- Go to the "Setting" of Galaxy S25.
- Select "Developer options" (located all the way at the bottom).

- Play any audio from the app.
- Example: Using TIDAL to play a high-resolution music track.<br /.
Step 3 Confirm HD audio is enable on the LDAC playback device
- On the Galaxy S25 Developer options, confirm that the track is being played using the LDAC codec.
