Troubleshooting Steps
-
Check Internet Speed

- Test your speed using another device — you’ll generally need at least 5 Mbps for HD and 15 Mbps for 4K streaming.
-
Restart the Amazon Prime Video App
- Close the app completely and reopen it.
- On some Panasonic TVs, you may need to power cycle the TV to fully restart apps.
-
Power Cycle the TV & Router
- Turn off the TV and unplug it for 1 minute.
- Unplug your modem/router for 30 seconds and plug back in.
- Restart the TV and try again.
-
Update the TV Firmware & App
- Go to Menu → Network → Software Update to check for TV updates.
- In the TV’s app store, check if an update is available for Prime Video.
-
Clear App Cache/Data (if your TV model supports it)
- Navigate to the application settings, select Prime Video, and choose Clear Cache or Clear Data.
-
Reinstall the Prime Video App
- Uninstall the app from your TV.
- Restart the TV and reinstall the app from the Panasonic app marketplace.
-
If the Issue Persists
- Check Amazon Prime Video’s status page to see if there’s a widespread outage.
- Try logging into Prime Video from another device to confirm if it’s account-specific.
- If everything else works but Prime Video is still stuck, ask to speak to an agent.
