Movie stuck on loading

  1. Common Causes
    1. Internet Connection Issues
      • Weak or unstable Wi-Fi signal to your TV.
      • Network congestion or low bandwidth.
    2. Amazon App or Server Problems
      • Temporary outage or high traffic on Amazon’s end.
      • App glitch needing a restart.
    3. Outdated App or TV Firmware
      • Older versions may have bugs or compatibility issues.
    4. Corrupted Cache/Data
      • Stored app data may cause the app to freeze or hang.
  2. Troubleshooting Steps
    1. Check Internet Speed
      • Go to your TV’s network settings and confirm it’s connected.
      • Test your speed using another device — you’ll generally need at least 5 Mbps for HD and 15 Mbps for 4K streaming.
    2. Restart the Amazon Prime Video App
      • Close the app completely and reopen it.
      • On some Panasonic TVs, you may need to power cycle the TV to fully restart apps.
    3. Power Cycle the TV & Router
      • Turn off the TV and unplug it for 1 minute.
      • Unplug your modem/router for 30 seconds and plug back in.
      • Restart the TV and try again.
    4. Update the TV Firmware & App
      • Go to Menu → Network → Software Update to check for TV updates.
      • In the TV’s app store, check if an update is available for Prime Video.
    5. Clear App Cache/Data (if your TV model supports it)
      • Navigate to the application settings, select Prime Video, and choose Clear Cache or Clear Data.
    6. Reinstall the Prime Video App
      • Uninstall the app from your TV.
      • Restart the TV and reinstall the app from the Panasonic app marketplace.
    7. If the Issue Persists
      • Check Amazon Prime Video’s status page to see if there’s a widespread outage.
      • Try logging into Prime Video from another device to confirm if it’s account-specific.
      • If everything else works but Prime Video is still stuck, ask to speak to an agent.
