My ears hurt after wearing the earphones for a long time
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing discomfort. Here are some tips that might help:
-
Switch to a Different Ear Tip Size
The default ear tips may be too large, small, or firm, causing pressure inside the ear canal.
Small ear tips inserted too deeply can irritate sensitive parts of the ear.
Choose an eartip that provides a secure, comfortable fit without inserting too far into your ear. -
Adjust the Wearing Position
Improper placement can put uneven pressure on your ear. Try rotating or slightly repositioning the earbuds to avoid sore spots.
-
Clean the Earphones Regularly🧴
Build up of earwax, sweat, or bacteria can lead to irritation. Clean the ear tips with mild soap and water—refer to the operating instructions (Pages 76–78) or visit this cleaning guide . -
Lower the Volume 🔊
Listening at high volumes for long periods can fatigue your ears or cause dull pain. Try to keep the volume under 70%. -
Discomfort During Exercise 🏃
Physical movement like jogging can cause the earbuds to vibrate or shift, irritating your inner ear. Ensuring a secure but comfortable fit helps minimize this issue.
