Setting Up Panasonic Kitchen+ App On Your Microwave Oven

Model displayed in video is NN-CV88QS. However can apply to other Network multi Microwave Ovens

  1. Ensure your home wireless network is active and the microwave oven is within range.
  2. Plug the microwave oven into a grounded power outlet.
  3. Check the display for a blinking wireless connection icon Wi-Fi symbol.
    • If the icon is not blinking, press and hold the Stop/Reset button for 2 seconds.
    • The display will show “1. SETUP CONNECT”.
    • Press the Start/Select dial button to activate the wireless setup mode.
  4. Scan the QR code provided in the documentation or on the oven to install the latest version of the Panasonic Kitchen+ app on your device.

  5. Create an account with Panasonic’s smart kitchen partner, Fresco, then verify your account and sign in.
  6. In the app, navigate to the “Appliances” section and tap the [+] icon to add a new appliance.
  7. Select Panasonic HomeChef 4-in-1 Multi-Oven from the list of available appliances.
  8. Choose your home wireless network from the list.
    • Be sure to select the 2.4 GHz band; do not use 5 GHz or other bands.
  9. When the wireless icon Wi-Fi symbol on the oven blinks quickly, it is in pairing mode.
    • Once the icon stops blinking and remains steadily lit, your microwave is connected and ready to cook.

Turning Off the Wireless Network Function

  1. While in standby mode, press and hold the stop reset button for 2 seconds. The display will show "1.SETUP CONNECT".
  2. Turn the knob one position to the right. The display will show "2.DISCONNECT WIRELESS NETWORK".
  3. Press the Start/Select button to disable the Wireless Network function. The display will show "SUCCESS".
  4. Press the stop reset button to exit the settings.

How to Reset the Wireless Network Function

  1. While in standby mode, press and hold the stop reset button for 2 seconds. The display will show "1.SETUP CONNECT".
  2. Turn the knob two positions to the right. The display will show "3.RESET WIRELESS NETWORK".
  3. Press the Start/Select button to reset the Wireless Network function. The display will show "SUCCESS".
