Troubleshooting - Base unit does not have power, there are no lights lit.
Possible cause and solutions
- If your base unit is not receiving power then you can try to have the base unit plugged on a different power outlet to test.
- If you have multiple handsets, you can try to use the AC adapter from one of the smaller chargers and have it plugged on the base.
- If you have followed the steps mentioned above and you base unit still does not have power, the base unit needs service.
