Troubleshooting - Error Message - "Now in Picture Refresh Mode. Going to Reset Setting." is displayed on the TV screen after a set period of time.

You may have selected " STORE " or Store with Demo mode instead of " HOME " or " Home Use " mode as your viewing environment. When in the " STORE " mode or Store with Demo " the picture mode will regularly reset to “ Vivid ” and a Picture Refresh message will be displayed on the screen.

To change the Viewing environment to " HOME " or " Home Use " disable the " STORE "or " Store with Demo " mode;

  1. Power the TV off.
  2. Press and hold down the [ POWER] button on the TV for over 5 seconds.

OR

  1. Unplug the TV’s power cord for over 30 seconds.
  2. Then plug the power cord back in, power the TV back on.
    • NOTE: The First Time Setup Viewing Environment menu should appear.
  3. Select " HOME " or " Home Use " as the viewing environment.
  4. Press [ PREV ] or [ EXIT ] to exit the FIRST TIME SETUP menu.

Note:

All previously programmed channels should still be available.
