Troubleshooting - LDAC is not working.
The LDAC setting of this unit is disabled at the time of purchase. Enable the setting to enjoy LDAC. The LDAC setting can be changed with the “Technics Audio Connect” app (free of charge).
- Select the "Settings" menu.
- Select "Connection mode setting".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to operate.
- The audio codec settings on the playback device may also need to be changed. Refer to the operating instructions of the playback device for details.
- When playing back music on a device on which you cannot install the “Technics Audio Connect” app, change the LDAC settings of this unit on another Bluetooth® device on which the app has been installed.
LDAC settings for S25 Samsung phone. This also applies for S23 and S24
- Open the Technics Audio Connect App.
- Select "Setting" (top right corner).

Enable "LDAC for headphones"

- Note: By default, the "LDAC for headphones" setting is off.
- Select "OK".
- Select "Go to the Settings" for multi-point connection settings.

Select "Only 1 device" (disable multi-point).
- Note: By default, the multi-point connection is set to "2 devices".
Step 2: Galaxy S25 Ultra settings for LDAC
Technics EAH-AZ100 should be paired with Galaxy S25
- Go to the "Setting" of Galaxy S25.
- Select "Connections".
- Select "Bluetooth" – Make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Go to the "Settings" of EAH-AZ100.
- Enable LDAC.
Confirm if the audio is streaming LDAC with Galaxy S25 Developer options
- Go to the "Setting" of Galaxy S25.
- Select "Developer options" (located all the way at the bottom).
- Play any audio from the app.

- On the Galaxy S25 Developer options, confirm that the track is being played using the LDAC codec.
