Troubleshooting Multipoint Connection on the SC-BMAX5 or SC-BMX10

If the switch between devices isn’t smooth, try these quick fixes:

• Pause the music on one device before playing on the other.
• Stay within Bluetooth® range (about 10 meters / 33 feet).
• If there’s a connection issue, turn Bluetooth off and on again on both devices.
• Restart the app of the Bluetooth® device.
• Restart the speaker and reconnect if needed
