The Panasonic VIERA or OLED television is not working properly.

For audio and picture problems perform a "TV Self-Test" to verify proper function of the TV for picture and sound.

To access the television self test mode,

  1. Press [ MENU ]
  2. Scroll to " HELP "and press [ OK ]
  3. Scroll to " TV Self Test " and press [ OK ]
