• Mail in warranty for 1 year parts and 90 days labor.
• Rechargable Batteries (defective exchange), exchange 10 days.
• SD Memory Cards (defective exchange), exchange 90 days.

Added Warranty

Receive a 3 year warranty when you register selected cameras at the Panasonic Registra web site . If your product was purchased NEW, from an authorized US dealer and model numbers listed below, you are qualified for your 3-Year Extended Warranty (valid for US models only).

You must complete a separate form for each individual model. If service is required on your product, the proof of purchase and a photo of serial number will be checked by Panasonic to confirm your warranty status.

Qualifying Models are: HC-X2, HC-X20, HC-X2000, HC-X1500, HC-X1000, HC-X1, HC-WXF991K, HC-WXF1K HC-VX981K, HC-VX870K, HC-VX1K, HC-V800K, HC-V785K.
