Cannot file

The following troubleshooting steps is suggested;

1. The file is worn out.
2. Replace the file refer to parts and accessorrie USA
   Guidelines for replacement: Approximately 1 year.
3. The appliance is used in the SOFT mode. Try using it in POWER mode.
4. It is dirty. Soak the file in water for approximately 24 hours before washing.
