How to Add phone numbers to the Favorites Key

The Favorites key feature enables you to register up to three important contacts. You have the flexibility to add up to three favorite names, their corresponding phone numbers, and select desired ringer tones to associate with each contact. When the favorites operation setting is enabled, the indicator on the Favorites key flashes.

In the event of an incoming call from a contact listed as a favorite, the Favorites Key ensures immediate attention with a distinctive notification characterized by fast flashing.

Please note the following important details:

• Ensure that the unit's date and time settings are accurate.
• This feature requires a subscription to a Caller ID service is necessary. Please reach out to your phone service provider for further information.

To Add a contact to the Favorites Key

1. Press [MENU # 2 9 5].
2. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ to select the desired entry number.
3. Press the [ADD].
4. Enter in the Contact name, then [OK].
5. Enter in the Contact number, then [OK].
6. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ to select the desired ringer tone.
7. Press the [SELECT] button to confirm your Ring tone selection.
8. Press the [SELECT] button to Save.
9. Press the [OFF] button to exit programming.
