How to clean charging contacts on Technics earbuds

It is recommended that the charging contact terminals be cleaned regularly once every 1-2 weeks.

1. Please prepare alcohol wipes and toothpicks.
2. Remove the earphones from the charging case.
3. Wipe off the dirt on the charging terminal of the charging case with a tissue wet with alcohol.
4. Remove any dirt from the earphones charging port applying gentle pressure with a toothpick.
5. Applying pressure might break the tip of the toothpick and may damage the charging terminal surface, so please be careful when applying the pressure to clean the charging terminal.
6. Wrap a tissue wet with alcohol around a toothpick.
7. Carefully wipe the charging terminals of both earphones with the tissue wrapped around the tip of the toothpick.
8. Return the earphones to the charging case after cleaning.
