How to connect to the HC ROP app

Setup for the AG-CX10, HC-X2, HC-X20, HC-X1500, HC-X2000

1. Select [Menu] → [Network] → [Device Sel] → [WLAN]
2. Select [WLAN Property] → [Type] and choose the option [INFRA(Select)]
3. Select [WLAN Property] → Select the appropriate Wi-Fi Network [SSID]
4. Select [WLAN Property] → Enter the password for the Wi-Fi Network [Ecryption Key]
5. Select [WLAN IPv4 Setting ] → [DHCP] → the IP Address [Client]
6. Select [IP Remote] → [Enable]
7. Set the [User Account] which is the account name and password.
8. Close [Menu]

Setup for the HC ROP App

1. Tap the gear icon
2. Type in the IP address which was assigned to your HC-X1500/2000 by DHCP (Step 5 above).
3. Type in the User ID and Password that you set for your HC-X1500/2000 (Step 7 above).
   • You should see an "R" at the top right of the camera's interface which is underneath the Wi-Fi signal. Now the HC ROP App can control the camcorder.
