How to find the model number or serial number of a Panasonic product
Serial and model numbers are typically located on the back or bottom of a product.
Common model prefixes are SA-, SC-, RR-, RZ-.
The serial and model number is usually located on the back, but can also be found on the bottom of some units.
Example 1 - Model SA-MX4700 - Model number and serial number located on the back.
Example 2 - Model SC-GA10 - Model number and serial number located on the bottom.

Baby Monitor and Camera model numbers start with the prefix KX-H.
