How to Perform a TV Self Test for 2013 - 2019 TV Models
- Press the [MENU] button on the TV remote.
- Press the [▼] arrow on the TV remote until "Help" is highlighted and press [OK].
- Press the [▼] arrow on the TV remote until "TV Self-test" is highlighted and press [OK].
- Press the [OK] button on the TV remote if the Picture and Sound are both OK, or the [►] arrow then the [OK] button if either have an issue.
- If there was an issue with the Picture or Sound during the TV Self Test, follow the On Screen Instructions.
- If there was no issue with the Picture or Sound during the TV Self Test, but there is still an issue outside of the Test, follow the On Screen Instructions.
