How to protect/unprotect a scene or still picture. - HC-X1

Scenes/still pictures can be protected so that they are not deleted by mistake. (Even if you protect some scenes/still pictures, formatting the SD card will delete them.)

Press the THUMBNAIL button to switch this unit to the Playback Mode.

 

1. Press [MENU].
2. Touch [VIDEO SETUP] or [PICT.SETUP].
3. Touch [SCENE PROTECT].
4. Touch the scene/still picture to be protected/unprotected.
   • When touched, the scene/still picture is selected and the Lock icon indication appears on the thumbnail. Touch the scene/still picture again to cancel the operation.
5. Touch [RETURN].
6. Touch [EXIT] to exit the menu setting.
