How to remove / unblock a number from the blocked calls list.

To remove Blocked numbers from the telephones Blocked number list you need to access the programming menu for Call Block.
The programming steps vary by model.
Select your model from the drop down list below for specific programming or if your model is not listed Refer to your models Operating Manual for the specific procedure.

To erase a single number - from the handset

Examples of Menu Button Location

  1. Press [MENU # 2 1 7].
  2. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select the telephone number that you want to erase.
  3. Press [ERASE].
  4. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select [Yes].
  5. Press [SELECT].
  6. Press [OFF].

To erase a single number - from the handset

  1. Press the [CALLBLOCK] button.
  2. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select "Block a single number".
  3. Press [SELECT].
  4. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select the telephone entry that you want to erase.
  5. Press [ERASE].
  6. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select [Yes].
  7. Press [SELECT].
  8. Press [OFF].

Erasing all call block numbers - from the handset

  1. Press the [CALLBLOCK] button.
  2. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select "Block a single number" or "Block a range of numbers".
  3. Press [SELECT].
  4. Press [MENU].
  5. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select "Erase all".
  6. Press [SELECT]
  7. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select [Yes].
  8. Press [SELECT].
  9. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select [Yes].
  10. Press [SELECT].
  11. Press [OFF].

  7. Press [SELECT].
  8. Press [EXIT].

  7. Press [SELECT].
  8. Press [EXIT].

Base unit - Erase / unblock all numbers

  1. Press [ MENU # 2 1 7 ].
  2. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select "Block a single #" or "Block range of #".
  3. Press [SELECT].
  4. Press [ERASE].
  5. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select [Yes].
  6. Press [SELECT].
  7. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select [Yes].
  8. Press [SELECT].
  9. Press [EXIT].

To erase a single number - from the handset

  1. Press the [CALL BLOCK] button.
  2. Press the arrow down ▼ to select "Block List".
  3. Press the [OK] button.
  4. Press the arrow down ▼ to select "Block number".
  5. Press the [OK] button.
  6. If required press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select number you want to delete.
  7. Press the [OK] button.
  8. Press the [CLEAR] button to delete then press [OK].
  9. To exit programming,
    • If programming with the handset press [OFF]
    • If programming with the base unit press [EXIT/STOP]
