How to set a cooking time. - SR-AFG186, SR-AFM187
Below are the guidelines for setting a cooking time depending on the type of rice/food you want to cook.
Notes:
Any reference to "Grain Congee" in this table is for model SR-AFG186 only. SR-AFM187 has no such option.

- Measure water and rice correctly.
- Gently and quickly wash rice.
- Do not place rice in a sieve. (So as to avoid rice fragmentation or rice sticking to the pan.)
- Add water on a flat countertop.
- Do not use hot water or alkaline water of more than pH9. (So as to avoid rice from sticking the pan or becoming burned.)
