How to set the telephone's answering machine to beep when messages are received.

This feature is called "Audible Message Alert"

This feature allows the base unit to beep to inform you of a new message arrival when new messages are recorded.

The base unit beeps 2 times every minute until you listen to the messages, if the “Base unit beep” setting is turned on.

• Not available on all models.
• The default setting is “Off”.

On the Handset

1. Press [MENU # 3 3 9].
2. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select"ON".
3. Press [SAVE].
4. Press [OFF].
