Below there is a list of Microwave oven Recipes. Please refer to your Operating Instructions for more information on Power Level and Measurements with recipes for your Microwave Oven model.




Basic Omelet


Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk.
  • Salt and ground black pepper, if desired.
     

Serves: 1 Serving.
 

Instructions:

  1. Heat the butter in a microwave safe 8-9 Inch round pie plate/dish. Durations of time and the power level suggested is Power Level 10. The duration of cooking time is approximately 20-30 seconds or until melted.

  2. Turn the plate to coat the bottom with butter.
     
  3. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, beat together and pour into the round pie plate/dish.
     
  4. Cook, covered with vented Microwave safe plastic wrap for 2 minutes. Let the omelet stand for 2 minutes.  
  5. With a spatula, loosen the edges of the omelet from the plate, fold into thirds to serve.
     
  6. Always beat the eggs (scrambled eggs) before making the omelet.

Beef and Macaroni Casserole


This recipe is using a 1200 W Microwave Oven.


Serves 4-6.


Ingredients:

  • 450 grams (1 pound) lean ground beef.
  • 1 Small onion, chopped.
  • ½ half grams Green bell pepper, chopped.
  • 1 Cup chopped celery.
  • 2 430 grams (15 oz.) Cans tomato sauce.
  • 1 ¼ quarter Cups water.
  • 1 Cup uncooked elbow macaroni.
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley.
  • ½ half Teaspoon salt.
  • ¼ quarter Teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • ½ half Cup grated cheddar cheese.

Instructions:

  1. Crumble the ground beef in a 3-Qt. casserole. Cook for 5-7 minutes at P6 or until the meat is cooked, stirring twice.
  2. Stir in onion, peppers and celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes at P10.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap. Cook at P6 power for 19-21 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Beef and Macaroni Casserole using a Microwave Oven with 1300 W Broil and 1000 W Inverter Microwave Power


Refer to your operating instructions for your model to confirm cooking power and adjust your measurements accordingly.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. (225 g) lean ground beef
  • ½ half small onion, chopped
  • ¼ quarter green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ half cup (110 g) chopped celery
  • 15 oz. (430 g) can tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) water
  • ½ half cup (110 g) uncooked elbow macaroni
  • ½ half tsp. (2 g) parsley
  • ¼ quarter tsp. (1 g) salt
  • to taste grounded black pepper
  • ¼ quarter cup (50 g) grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:


  1. In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except cheese, mix well.
  2. Put the casserole dish on the glass tray and cook uncovered at “Combo 1” for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally during cooking.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Buttered salmon steamed with vegetables in papillote.

This recipe is using a Steam Combination Oven with a Steam Microwave Oven power of 1020 W


Serves: 2


Ingredients:


  • 2 fresh salmon fillets.
  • (approximately 3 oz. each).
  • 1.5 oz. cabbage.
  • handful enoki mushrooms.
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese chives.
  • 1½ tablespoons butter.

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons miso.
  • 2 teaspoons cooking wine.
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon sweet cooking sake.
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
  • pinch stock powder.


Instructions:


  1. Prepare ingredient for use as sauce.
  2. Remove large bones from the salmon and cut each piece into 4-5 equal parts.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sauce, stir well.
  4. Cut cabbage into ⅔-inch wide shreds and cut enoki mushrooms in half.
  5. Cut Chinese chives into 1½-inch long pieces.
  6. Stir the vegetables well with 1 tablespoon of sauce.
  7. Place salmon separately on the 2 sheets of parchment paper, with fish skin facing upwards, and then place 2 equal parts of vegetables around each slice.
  8. Sprinkle on the rest of the sauce, add 2 equal parts of butter and then wrap up.
  9. Fill water tank.
  10. Place the fish on the Grill Tray, and then place the Grill Tray in the lower shelf position.
  11. Select Steam 1 for 2 to 3 minutes and then select 300 W + Steam for 3 minutes.
  12. Finally, select 600 W for 4 to 4½ minutes.

French-style steamed eggs with bacon and vegetables.


This recipe is using a Steam Combination Oven with power of 1000 W



Serves: 2


Ingredients:


  • 1 oz. spinach
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 slice bacon
  • 2 eggs (2 oz. each without shells)
  • ½ cup milk
  • pinch salt, pepper
  • 1 oz. natural cheese (mozzarella, for pizza)

Instructions:


  1. Cut the spinach into ½-inch wide pieces.
  2. Remove the stalks of small tomatoes, and slice vertically into 4 equal parts.
  3. Cut bacon into ¼-inch wide pieces. Put the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir and sieve mixture with a strainer.
  5. Place spinach, tomatoes and bacon with natural cheese into 2 heat-resistant containers with a diameter of approximately 3½ inches, and then add egg mixture.
  6. Fill water tank. Place onto the Grill Tray as shown in the illustration; place the Grill Tray in the upper shelf position.
  7. Select Steam 1 for 10 minutes, and then select 300 W + Steam for>6 minutes.

Homemade Sausages

This recipe is using a Steam Combination Oven with power of 1000 W


Serves: 2


Ingredients:

  • 7 oz. minced meat
  • 7 oz. onion (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon ground garlic
  • 1½ tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch common sage
  • Pinch coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 egg white

Directions:


  1. Place meat and A into a bowl, stir until it becomes sticky, and then divide into 4 equal parts.
  2. Grease hands with butter (not listed in the ingredients).
  3. Place the meat mixture onto plastic wrap strip by strip, shape into 7 ¾-inch thick strips.
  4. Remove the plastic wrap, wrap using 4 sheets of baking paper (11¾ x 4 inch), and then twist both ends tightly.
  5. Fill water tank.
  6. Place sausages on the center of the Grill Tray in the upper shelf position.
  7. Select Steam 1 for 9 minutes, and then select 300 W + Steam for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the baking paper after cooking.

Macaroni and Cheese

This recipe is using a 4 in 1 Combination Oven with Air Fry. The power of 1000 W


Serves:4-6


Ingredients

  • 2½ half tbsp. (40 g) butter
  • 1½ half tbsp. (25 g) chopped onion
  • ½ half clove minced garlic
  • 4 tbsp. (60 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 tsp. (2.5 g) dry mustard
  • 2/3 tsp. (2.5 g) salt
  • To taste ground black pepper
  • 1½ half cups (375ml) milk
  • 1½ half cups (300 g) grated cheddar cheese
  • 5 oz. (140 g) (dry weight) macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 3 tbsp. (45 g) bread crumbs
  • 2/3 tsp. (2.5 g) paprika

Directions

  1. In a 3-quart casserole dish, melt the butter for 20 seconds at 1000 W.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and cook for 1 minute at 1000 W.
  3. Stir in fl our, mustard, salt and pepper, and gradually add the milk.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes at 1000 W until sauce thickens, stir once.
  5. Add the cheddar cheese and the macaroni into the sauce and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and paprika on the top of the dish.
  7. Cook uncovered at “Combo 1” for 25-30 minutes, let stand for 10 minutes.

Mediterranean Fish au Papillote


This recipe is using a Cyclonic Inverter Microwave power 1200 W.



Ingredients:


  • ¼ Cup of Julienne Zucchini.
  • ¼ Cup of Julienne Fennel.
  • Leaves of 1 sprig of Thyme.
  • ½ Garlic Clove sliced.
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle of salt to taste.
  • Black Pepper to taste.
  • 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil divided in 2 ½ tsps.
  • Eighth of a tsp. Herbs provence.
  • ¼ tsp. Lemon Zest.
  • 1 tbs. Dry White Wine.
  • 2 tbs. Kalamata Olives.
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions:

  1. Take a piece of Parchment paper and fold it in half like a book.
  2. Cut it in the shape of a heart.
  3. Open the Parchment paper and lay down onto the parchment paper Julienne Zucchini's, Julienne Fennel, Leaves of Thyme (1 Sprig), sliced Garlic Clove, Cherry Tomatoes, sprinkle sea salt and black Pepper.
  4. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place Halibut on top of the seasoned Vegetables
  5. Sprinkle Fish with Salt, Pepper, Herbs provence, Lemon Zest and Dry White Wine.
  6. drizzle extra virgin Olive Oil, Started at the top of the parchment paper heart fold in 1/4 of inch all the way around the perimeter of the heart.
  7. Twist the end to hold everything in.
  8. Put the packet on a Microwave safe Dish and put it in the Microwave Oven on high for 4 Minutes.
  9. Garnish with Kalamata Olives and Lemon wedges

Mushroom Quinoa Risotto


This recipe is using a Cyclonic Inverter Microwave power 1200 W.



Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • ¾ of a Cup of sliced leaks.
  • 1 Clove of minced Garlic.
  • 1 Cup of rinsed and dry Quinoa.
  • 1 Cup and a ½ of reduce sodium vegetable stock.
  • ½ Cup of Dried White Wine.
  • 1 tsp. of Lemon Zest.
  • 8oz. of Chopped Wild Mushrooms.
  • 3 sprigs of Thyme Leaves.
  • ½ cup of trimmed cut Asparagus.
  • ½ Cup of frozen thawed Peas.
  • ½ Cup of frozen thawed Kale.
  • 2 tbs of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
  • ¼ Cup of part skim Ricotta Cheese.
  • ½ tsp. Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste.

Directions:


  1. Put the tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a Microwave safe Dish.
  2. Add sliced leaks and minced garlic in the Microwave safe Dish with the extra virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Cover up with a Microwavable safe Plastic Wrap.
  4. Put the covered Dish into the Microwave for 2 Minutes on High.
  5. Mix in the Quinoa to the additional ingredients in the Microwave safe Dish until all the ingredients are coated with the oil.
  6. Add in the vegetable stock, dried White Wine, Lemon Zest, Chopped Wild Mushrooms, thyme leaves from 3 sprigs and stir it all to coat.
  7. Cover it up again with the Microwaveable safe Plastic Wrap. Put it back in the Microwave and press [Sensor Cook], the [+] and 5 to select Quinoa.
  8. When you hear the 2 beeps, remove from the Microwave Oven and stir.
  9. Wrap it up again and press [Start] to finish cooking.
  10. Add trimmed Asparagus, wrap the Dish again and put back into the Mcrowave for 1 last Minute.
  11. Remove from Microwave and remove plastic wrap.
  12. Add frozen thawed Peas, frozen thawed Kale, the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, part skim Ricotta Cheese, Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice.
  13. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
    Stir until mixed well and wrap again.
  14. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Pear and Gorgonzolla Pizza


This recipe is using a Combination Induction Oven power 1710 W.

Ingredients:


  • Sliced Provolone 4 oz.
  • Chopped Walnuts 2 oz.
  • Fresh Chopped Chives 2tbsp.
  • Gorgonzola  Cheese 2.5 oz., crumbled.
  • 1 Bosc Pear (thinly sliced)
  • Packed Pizza Dough 16 oz.
  • Baking time 5-10 minutes.

Potato Casserole


This recipe is using a 4 in 1 Combination Oven with Air fry with power of 1000 W


Ingredients

  • 1½ half lb. (750 g) potatoes, peeled and sliced.
  • ½ half cup (125 ml) sour cream
  • ½ half cup (125 ml) milk
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ quarter cup (50 g) parmesan cheese
  • 2 bacon slices, finely chopped

Directions


  1. In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, sour cream and onions.
  2. Top with cheese and bacon.
  3. Pour milk on the top.
  4. Put the casserole dish on the glass tray and cook uncovered at “Combo 1” for 35-40 minutes. Stand, covered, 5-10 minutes before serving.

Pumpkin Soup

This recipe is using a Steam Combination Oven with power of 1000 W


Serves: 2 to 4


Ingredients:


  • 2.2 lb pumpkin
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Instructions:


  1. Peel pumpkin and remove seeds.
  2. Dice pumpkin into 1¼-inch pieces.
  3. Place pumpkin, onion and curry powder in a 12-cup microwave-safe casserole dish.
  4. Cover and cook at 1000 W for 15 minutes, stir halfway through cooking.
  5. Add stock and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook at 1000 W for 15 minutes, stir halfway through cooking. Cool slightly.
  7. Puree pumpkin and liquid in a blender or food processor.

Salmon With Mango Salsa

This recipe is using a Steam Combination Oven with a Steam Microwave Oven power of 1000 W


Serves: 4


Ingredients:


  • 4 salmon fillets, 3.5-5 oz. each.
  • 2 tablespoons butter.

Ingredients for Marinade:


  • ¼ cup white wine.
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed.
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, finely grated.

Ingredients Mango Salsa:


  • 2 red chilies, seeds removed, thinly sliced.
  • 3.5 oz. peeled, cooked prawns.
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced.
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped.
  • 1 ripe but fi rm avocado, peeled and chopped.
  • ½ ripe mango, peeled and chopped.
  • 1 lime, juice of.

Directions:

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients together.
  2. Pour marinade over salmon in a heat-proof dish and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.
  3. Mix all the salsa ingredients together and chill in fridge.
  4. Fill water tank.
  5. Place prepared salmon on Grill Tray in the upper shelf position with skin side down.
  6. Cook on COMBO1 for 15 to 16 minutes then cook on Grill 1 for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Serve salmon with the salsa.

Shepherds Pie Casserole


This recipe is using a Microwave Oven with Inverter Technology Power of 1200 W


Serves:4


Ingredients


  • 450g (1 pound) lean ground beef.
  • ½ half cup frozen peas, thawed.
  • ¼ quarter cup chopped onion.
  • 1 tablespoon gravy powder.
  • ½ half teaspoon curry powder.
  • ¼ quarter teaspoon salt.
  • ¼ quarter teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes.

Directions:

  1. In a 2-Qt. casserole dish, crumble the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes at P6 or until the meat is cooked, stirring twice.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except for potatoes. Stir well, and then spread the potatoes evenly on the top.
  3. Cover with a lid or vented plastic wrap and cook at P6 power for 19-21 minutes.

Spinach and Phyllo Pie


This recipe is using a Steam Combination Oven with a Steam Microwave Oven power of 1000 W


Serves:4 to 6


Ingredients:


  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 9 oz. feta cheese.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 cup cream.
  • 1 tablespoon flour.
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg.
  • pinch ground black pepper.
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed.
  • 8 sheets filo pastry.
  • 1.5 oz. butter, melted.
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.

Directions:

  1. Wash spinach and remove leaves from stalks.
  2. Chop leaves finely and place into a 12-cup microwave-safe casserole dish.
  3. Cover and cook at 1000 W for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well.
  4. Crumble in feta cheese. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  5. In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly and combine with cream, flour, nutmeg, pepper and garlic.
  6. Place 4 buttered sheets of phyllo pastry in base of pie dish.
  7. Place spinach and cheese in pie dish, and pour egg mixture over it.
  8. Fold one sheet of phyllo in half width wise and lay over top of spinach mixture.
  9. Brush with melted butter and repeat with remaining sheets of phyllo, brushing with butter between each layer of phyllo.
  10. Trim excess phyllo around edges and press down at the sides of the dish. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. With a sharp knife cut a diamond pattern in top of phyllo pastry.
  12. Place on Grill Tray in the upper shelf position and cook at 400 °F (200 °C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

Tropical Fruit Crisp


This recipe is using a Cyclonic Inverter Microwave power 1200 W.


Ingredients:


  • ½ Cup of riped diced Mangos.
  • ½ Cup of diced riped Pine Apples.
  • ½ of a Banana sliced.
  • ½ tsp. of Coconut Sugar.
  • ½ tsp. Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ tsp. of melted Butter.
  • 1 pinch of connamon.
  • 1 Pinch of Nutmeg.
  • 1 Pinch of salt.

2nd Set of Ingredients:

  • a little bit of Lime Zest.
  • 1 tbs. of rolled Oats.
  • 1 tbs. unsweeted toasted Coconut.
  • 2 tsp. Coconut Sugar.
  • 1 tsp. Whole Wheat Flour.
  • ½ tsp. ground Flax Seeds.
  • 1 tsp. of Butter.
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon.
  • 1 Pinch of Nutmeg.
  • a little Lime Zest.
  • 1 tsp. fat free plain Greek Yogurt.

Directions:

  1. In a Microwave safe Bowl add riped diced Mangos, diced riped Pine Apples, sliced Bananas, Coconut Sugar, Whole Wheat Flour, melted Butter, pinch of connamon, Pinch of Nutmeg , pinch of salt and a little bit of Lime Zest.
  2. Mix all togeather and set aside.
  3. In another Bowl add rolled Oats, unsweeted toasted Coconut, Coconut Sugar, whole Wheat Flour, ground Flax Seeds, Butter (not melted), a Pinch of Cinnamon, a Pinch of Nutmeg and a little Lime Zest.
  4. Mixed togeather until coated.
  5. Assemble Crisp by adding fruit mixture to the bottom of a Microwave safe Dish.
  6. Then top it off with thr dry ingredient Oat mix.
  7. Put it inside the Microwave Oven for 2 and ½ minutes on High.
  8. Remove from Microwave with Oven Mits and garnish with 1 tsp. of plane Greek Yogurt.

Tuna Casserole


This recipe is using a 4 in 1 Combination Oven with Air fry with power of 1000 W


Ingredients

  • 6½ oz. (180 g) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 4 cups (1 L) pasta, cooked and drained
  • 10 oz. (280 g) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. (120 g) can of sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 10 oz. (280 g) package of frozen peas, defrosted
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) milk 2 tbsp. (25 g) pimento, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 g) crushed potato chips

Directions


  1. In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except potato chips, mix well.
  2. Put the casserole dish on the glass tray and cook uncovered at “Combo 1” for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally during cooking.
  4. Top with potato chips.
  5. Stand, uncovered, 3-5 minutes.
