Authorized on line vendor and you are unable to return it
to them, the exchange can be facilitated by our
service/exchange facility Professional Electronics. Please
arrange to ship the complete unit, prepaid, to the
following address for exchange under the manufacturer's
warranty terms. Also include a copy of your purchase
receipt which validates the warranty, your complete contact
information including your name, address, telephone number,
email address and details of the defect with the unit.
