What is clean HDMI?
Clean HDMI output is an HDMI video transmission that does not contain any of the onscreen data indicators that you see in a typical video source preview, such as recording status, battery, exposure, etc.
If your camera does not have a clean HDMI output, you will still have the ability to stream, however it is worth noting that this may be considered "unprofessional" or "sloppy" by your audience, as you will have an overlay of the camera's interface on top of your video.
What is a capture card?
A capture card is a device that accepts video and audio signal(s) and makes the captured signals available to other hardware or software for further processing such as for display on an external monitor, for streaming, transmitting, recording, or for some combination of the previously listed.
What is direct streaming?
Direct streaming is the process of streaming live video, directly from your camera, to a streaming service of your choice.
