Check the following

• When using, connect the USB cable of the transmitter and the audio cable (optional), then turn on the power of the active subwoofer.
• Unplug the USB cable and the audio cable (optional) connecting with the transmitter after turning off or reducing the volume of the active subwoofer.
• Check if the audio cable (optional) is deteriorated.
