Troubleshooting – After installing the Panasonic / Technics Audio Connect App, the paired headphones are not recognized by the app

If the Panasonic / Technics Audio Connect App is unresponsive with the paired headphones after the initial download, restart your mobile device. Once the mobile device restarts, the app should now recognize the headphones you have paired.
