Troubleshooting - Audio cannot be recorded - HC-X1500, HC-X2000

Audio cannot be recorded in the following cases.

• When the super slow recording function is enabled 
• When the interval recording function is enabled
• When [Ch1 Level Control] and [Ch2 Level Control] are set to [Mute] in [Mic Setting] in the [Audio] menu.
• When the no Audio record icon [No Audio Recording] is displayed in the camera image screen.
