Troubleshooting - Bluetooth® - The sound is interrupted.
Possible cause and solutions
- The device is out of the 10 m (33 ft) communication range. Bring the Bluetooth® device closer to this system.
- Remove any obstacle between this system and the device.
- Other devices that use the 2.4 GHz frequency band (wireless router, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) are interfering. Bring the Bluetooth® device closer to this system and distance it from the other devices.
- Bluetooth® transmission mode, Select “Mode1” for stable communication.
SU-G30, SC-C500, SC-C70 - Bluetooth® transmission mode You can change the transmission mode to prioritize transmission quality or sound quality.
- Press the Bluetooth [ - PAIRING
] button.
- If a Bluetooth® device is already connected, disconnect it.
- Press [ MENU ].
- Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to repeatedly to select “Link Mode” and then press [ OK ].
- Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select the mode and then press [ OK ].
SC-C50, SC-C30 - Bluetooth® transmission mode - Switch the transmission mode of this unit, and it can be set by using the free app “Technics Audio Center”.
