Troubleshooting - Bluetooth® - The sound is interrupted.

Possible cause and solutions

  • The device is out of the 10 m (33 ft) communication range. Bring the Bluetooth® device closer to this system.
  • Remove any obstacle between this system and the device.
  • Other devices that use the 2.4 GHz frequency band (wireless router, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) are interfering. Bring the Bluetooth® device closer to this system and distance it from the other devices.
  • Bluetooth® transmission mode, Select “Mode1” for stable communication.

SU-G30, SC-C500, SC-C70 - Bluetooth® transmission mode
You can change the transmission mode to prioritize transmission quality or sound quality.
  1. Press the Bluetooth [ Image - PAIRING ] button.
    • If a Bluetooth® device is already connected, disconnect it.
  2. Press [ MENU ].
  3. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to repeatedly to select “Link Mode” and then press [ OK ].
  4. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select the mode and then press [ OK ].
Mode1: Emphasis on connectivity Mode2: Emphasis on sound quality (default)
  SC-C50, SC-C30 - Bluetooth® transmission mode -  Switch the transmission mode of this unit, and it can be set by using the free app “Technics Audio Center”.
