Troubleshooting - Cannot connect my earphones to 3 devices as advertised (multipoint connection)

When connecting 3 devices with multi-point, set the number of multi-point devices to 3. (Default is set to 2)

1. Download the [Technics Audio Connect] app.
2. On the home screen of the [Technics Audio Connect] app, tap [SETTINGS].
3. Tap [Multi-point].
4. Select the number of devices – in this case set to [3].

Note:

Multi-point connections are established only with the last device connected via Bluetooth® (up to 3).
