Troubleshooting - Connection problem - The LED indicator is blinking in red.

Possible Cause and Solution

  • The camera is out of range of your wireless router.  Confirm that your wireless router is powered on and wired correctly‚ and then move the camera closer to your wireless router.
  • Window Camera only (KX-HNC500, KX-HNC505) - Device error (fan error) -  Unplug the camera and then plug it in again. If the message is still displayed, contact an authorized service center
