Troubleshooting - DVD movies do not play on a DVD recorder.

Make sure your TV is set to the input that the DVD Recorder is connected to.
It is possible that the OPU (Optical Pickup Unit) in the DVD drive needs to be replaced. Due to the potential age of the DVD Recorder it may not be able to be repaired.
