Troubleshooting - HomeHawk access point does not record from camera.

Check the following;

  • Confirm that the micro SD card is inserted correctly.
  • Try a different micro SD card. 
  • Check to see if the card memory is full.
  1. From the HomeHawk app home screen tap the settings icon null .

  2. Tap [ Settings ].

  3. Tap [ Access Point Settings ].

    null

  4. Tap [ Recording ].

    null

  5. Confirm that there is space on the SD card.
    If you turn ON [Overwite Recording] this will allow the Access Point to continually use the card if it gets full by overwriting the oldest recordings.
