Troubleshooting - I've lost or damaged only one earbud, what can I do? - Technics and Panasonic Earphones

If you have lost one earbud from your pair.

From the Panasonic/Technics Audio Connect app, once you have connected to the earbuds for the first time, the app continues to store the last know location of each earbud. If you misplace your earbuds, you can use the "Find headphone" option in the app when you are in range of the last recognized known location. When you select "Find headphone," it will emit sound from the earbuds as long as the earbuds are in range of your phone (roughly 33 feet or 10 meters without any obstacles / interference).


If you have damaged or lost one earbud from your pair and need to purchase a replacement.

Since the true wireless earbuds are paired to the charging case, you will need to purchase both earbuds to recieve a replacement. Contact customer service so that they can assist you further.
