The playback is jittery

  • Within the Audio Connect App (Panasonic / Technics), go into your app's settings and set the connection mode to "Connection Priority.
  • Check if the Jittering continues.
  • If the noise continues, the earbuds may have a possible failure. Please contact customer service for further analysis.
